You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. In case of registrants under 18, access must be facilitated by a legal guardian.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. For example, using our AI scenario generator for unauthorized data scraping is prohibited.

dynamixyza services are intended for users in jurisdictions where use of AI-driven analytics complies with local laws. Residents of embargoed regions are not eligible.

To access certain features, you must register and maintain an account with a valid email and password.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. In a practical case, outdated contact details may delay delivery of AI insights or simulation results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. For instance, avoid reusing passwords across unsecured networks.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login may lead to suspension.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can safeguard your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior, such as repeatedly attempting to reverse engineer our AI models.

dynamixyza provides scenario-based AI strategy tools, case study libraries, and consulting dashboards. Services are delivered online through the website or dedicated APIs.

We may update functionality, add new case types, or remove outdated modules. When we roll out major changes—like transitioning our scenario engine in June 2026—we will notify users via email.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows or unforeseen outages may occur.

Users must follow these rules to maintain a constructive environment:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not post or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Avoid sending spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited marketing.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models.
• Respect privacy and intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not impersonate individuals, organizations, or misrepresent affiliations.
• Refrain from using the services for hacking, phishing, or distribution of malware.

Users may submit content such as prompts, case descriptions, or feedback.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, such as custom AI prompts or strategy outlines.

By submitting content, you grant dynamixyza a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it to provide and improve services.

You are solely responsible for your submissions. For example, providing sensitive personal data in a public case library is done at your own risk.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or applicable law.

All content, software, and activity on dynamixyza.club are the property of dynamixyza or its licensors.

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
• Do not distribute or repost copyrighted materials without authorization.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or watermarks from content.

dynamixyza offers subscription plans and one-time purchases for advanced AI simulations and premium case libraries.

Pricing is displayed on our website. In a scenario where you upgrade mid-cycle, fees will be prorated.

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days prior.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion. For example, if a service outage exceeds 48 hours, a partial credit may be issued.

You can cancel subscriptions through your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.

You are responsible for any local taxes or duties arising from your purchase.

We may adjust prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to paid features.

Our AI tools and case studies are provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, we do not ensure that any outputs will meet specific performance goals in real-world deployments.

To the extent permitted by law, dynamixyza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may integrate with or refer you to third-party tools. For example, a recommended data visualization service is not under our control and we are not responsible for its functionality or security.

We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately and we may delete associated data.

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy at dynamixyza.club/privacy.

By using our services, you agree to receive emails regarding service updates, billing, and new case study releases. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We may update these terms. Changes become effective when posted, and continued use indicates acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Phrae Province in accordance with local arbitration rules.
